As part of our outreach and engagement efforts, The Wellness Connection1, Inc. provides an SMS messaging program for individuals who voluntarily opt in. By opting in to receive text messages from The Wellness Connection1, Inc. DBA The Wellness Connection1, Inc., you agree to the terms outlined below.

SMS Messaging Program Description

When you opt in to our SMS program, you may receive text messages including, but not limited to:

• Order confirmations
• SMS alerts
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Promotional or informational messages related to our services

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our organization.

SMS Opt-Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving text messages, simply text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

SMS Re-enrollment

If you have opted out and would like to be added back into our messaging program, you may reply with START.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance. After you send the SMS message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
